As UK and Europe MD with MONAT, Ros brings strong, feminine leadership to the forefront of a young, world class, business, which is championing the rise of female empowerment and helping thousands of women of all ages to fulfil their potential.
Being well aware how the industries emphasis has been on developing anti-ageing skincare and make up, with haircare overlooked, she’s delighted that MONAT has identified the gap in the market that also has a modern approach to its natural, innovative, high-performance ingredients.
Ros is passionate about “re-invention”, staying relevant and being the best possible version of you. She loves to learn new skills -whether that’s horse riding, playing the piano or even completing an Open University degree – this lady will never cease to amaze you!
